With 11 branches across the UAE and India, we proudly serve over 20,000 clients every month. The company was founded by Mr.Afi Ahmed, a veteran in the travel tourism and aviation business. His vision is to establish a TMC delivering affordable services beyond expectations to customers. Supporting his vision, the company hires and trains professionals who do not compromise on quality. Early in 2023 Smart Travel launched its portal www.smartzett.com offering a One Stop Solution to B2B affiliates. In UAE itself, the portal got over 700 B2B affiliates registered within weeks of the launch. The number is expected to cross 2,000 affiliates by the end of the year.

In mid-2023, Smart Travel launched its OTA platform www.holidaymakers.com at a grand community event held at the Expo Center, Sharjah, UAE. The OTA is being promoted aggressively through SEO, Digital Marketing and Event based programs. Based on increasing demand, Our company has ambitious plans to establish branches in Saudi, UK and South Africa as well as increase our presence in India. We are investing in technology to optimize costs and increasing outputs, giving an edge to our clients.

We (a group of 18, family and friends) had an amazing trip to Georgia which was wonderfully organised by Smart Travel. Special thanks to Mr Abraham of Smart Travel who worked closely with us from the beginning till the end. Covering cities Tbilisi & Kutaisi, Points of interests like Kazbegi-Gudauri-Ananuri, the Kahheti wine region and finally the old town of Sighnaghi, the tour was both fulfilling and seamless for us. The meticulous planning and execution by the tour coordinators paid off. Most commendable factor of our tour was the local tour coordinator Ms Yia, who was very keen to share all about Georgian history and culture, and most importantly speaking fluent English. Shoutout to our cool driver Ramo who drove us around safe & sound and was very friendly. We were very happy with The hotel accommodation arranged by Smart Travel, which was comfortable and well placed in town centre. The food (and wine) joints they took us were just right and gave us a unique culinary experience. Looking back, such a packed tour felt smooth and easy and got us rejuvenated. We shall miss many things - The beautiful landscapes of Georgia, The amazing time we had. Yia and Ramo, who quickly became part of our big family, and all these memories shall be in our hearts forever. Once again, a big thanks to Smart Travel Team.
