Smart travel LLC does not bear consequences to damages or loss to third party arising out of this cancellation or refund or blocking the transaction due to non payment by you.
7. For transactions conducted by you in this site the booking cancellation or booking change policies for these transactions are governed by the service providers you chose to conduct. Smart Travel LLC is just a facilitator providing you the access to service providers. Cancellation charges, penalties are dynamic and may attract minimum charges deductible from the amount you paid for the transaction. As facilitator Smart Travel LLC may apply handling fee in addition to said charges or penalties deductible from the amount you paid for the transaction.
8. Refunds to successful transactions are subject to supplier terms. Refunds will be credited to original mode of payment. Transaction fee may be applicable to processing refunds on your transactions in this site. No shows for any service booked in this site will be fully non refundable.
9. Usage & Copyright: Content of this site is property of Smart Travel LLC. You are allowed to use this site for personal use to rendered services being offered in this site. You are not allowed to deep-link to this site unless authorized by Smart Travel LLC. You are not allowed to unlawfully copyright content or material from this site without express consent, with defense or fair use exemptions or license to do so. Any such copyright violation will lead to immediate termination to access to site with legal implication to you. 11. FORCE MAJEURE: Smart Travel LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under the agreement, if that is caused by force majeure, viz., fog, earthquake, floods, fire, riots, strike, acts of terrorism or circumstances beyond control of Smart Travel LLC. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts of United Arab Emirates.
12. DISCLAIMER: It is understood that Smart Travel acts as a facilitator only for all services. Further Smart Travel LLC does not operate on its own or control any means of transportation, flights, accommodation, sightseeing, visa application, travel insurance and therefore cannot assume any liability in case of injury loss, damage, delay or accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused by defect or for any reason whatsoever, or through acts or default of any supplier or company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements. Smart Travel shall not be responsible for unsatisfactory services rendered by such suppliers or company. You agree to indemnify that Smart Travel LLC, its staff, officers, partners, agents, affiliates not responsible for any loss, claim, liability Disputes, including claim or demand for reasonable attorneys fees, made by third party as a result of such relevant damages.
13. This site may contain advertisements, offers and/or sponsorship's by third party service providers. Smart Travel LLC will not be held responsible for acts or omisions of these third party service providers engaging such advertisements, offers and/or sponsorship's on this site.
14. Any clause of terms stated in the site is held invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall nevertheless continue in force and effect.
15. Office Foreign Assets Control (Ofac) sanctioned countries: Smart Travel LLC does not provide services to individuals, companies owned or controlled by, acting on or behalf of, Ofac targeted countries.
