Itinerary

  • Arrival at Almaty Airport (ALA): Upon landing, complete immigration and customs. Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to hotel for check in as per standard check in time.
  • Visit Panfilov Park: Head to the serene Panfilov Park, a green oasis dedicated to the 28 soldiers of Panfilov's Division who defended Moscow during World War II.
  • Visit the Ascension Cathedral: Be amazed by the Zenkov Cathedral (Ascension Cathedral), one of the world's tallest wooden buildings. Step inside to see its beautifully restored icons and experience the peaceful atmosphere. Don't forget to take photos of its vibrant, colorful exterior. Pay Your Respects: See the Eternal Flame and the dramatic Monument to the Panfilov Heroes located within the park. 
  • Stroll Down Arbat Street: From the park, it's a short walk to Zhibek Zholy Avenue, popularly known as Almaty's
    "Arbat Street." This lively pedestrian street is the perfect place for an evening walk. Enjoy the Atmosphere:
    Browse souvenir kiosks, watch local artists and street performers, and perhaps get a caricature drawn.
