Payment Terms

  • Booking Deposit: AED 2,000 per person (non refundable) is required to secure the package.
  • Balance Payment: Full remaining amount must be paid on or before 08 March 2026 to maintain confirmed booking status.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Deposit.

  • Strictly non refundable under all circumstances.

Guest Initiated Cancellation

  • 100% cancellation fee applies. Any amount paid becomes non refundable, regardless of the reason or date of cancellation.

Visa Rejection

  • If the visa is rejected and cancellation is requested at least 20 days before departure, 75% of the total package amount will be refunded.

Unused Services

  • No refunds for partially used or unused services during the tour.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Visa approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of the embassy.
  • Early check in or late check out is subject to hotel availability.
  • The operator reserves the right to modify, cancel, or rearrange itinerary components due to operational needs, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Hotel Check In: 14:00.
  • Hotel Check Out: 12:00.
  • Selected nationalities may be eligible for Visa on Arrival, but final approval rests with immigration authorities.
  • Group Airport Waiting Time: Maximum 90 minutes after flight arrival.
