PAYMENT TERMS

  • Booking Deposit: AED 2,000 per person, non-refundable, required to confirm the package.
  • Balance Payment: 75% of the total package cost must be paid on or before 8 November 2025

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The AED 2,000 booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If the visa is rejected, 75% of the total package amount will be refunded, provided cancellation is made at least 25 days prior to departure.
  • If the guest cancels the package for any reason, the entire amount paid will be non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
