Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Booking Deposit: Strictly non refundable.
  • Visa Rejection: 75% refund if cancellation is requested 15+ days before departure.
  • Guest Initiated Cancellation: Full amount becomes non refundable.
  • Unused Services: No refunds for partially used or unused services.

General Terms

  • Visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy.
  • Hotel check in: 14:00.
  • Hotel check out: 12:00.
  • Early check in/late check out subject to availability.
  • Some nationalities may get Visa on Arrival (subject to immigration approval).
  • Group airport waiting time: Maximum 90 minutes.
  • Operator may modify itinerary due to operational or unforeseen reasons.

Payment Terms

  • Booking Deposit: AED 2,000 per person (non refundable).
  • Balance Payment: Due on or before 01 March 2026.
