The visa application fee and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if your China visa application is refused

The approval or rejection of a visa is solely at the discretion of the Chinese immigration authorities. Processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

In some cases, prior appointment bookings may be required. The immigration department may also take longer than expected to process applications.

If required, the immigration department or Smart Travel may request further supporting documents.

Visa applications will be processed only after submission of all required documents and completion of the payment.

A tourist or business visa does not permit employment in China.

Smart Travel reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion. We are not responsible for delays or rejections by Chinese immigration authorities.

Any fees imposed by the destination country, or extra costs such as courier services, photographs, attestations, etc., will be the responsibility of the applicant.

Visa charges may differ depending on the applicant’s nationality and are subject to change without prior notice.
