The e visa application fee and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if your Hong Kong e visa application is refused.

The approval or rejection of an e visa is solely at the discretion of the Hong Kong immigration authorities. Processing times may vary and are beyond our control

If required, the immigration department or Smart Travel may request further supporting documents

E Visa applications will be processed only after submission of all required documents and completion of the payment.

A tourist, business, transit, or visit visa does not permit employment in Hong Kong

Smart Travel reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion. We are not responsible for delays or rejections by Hong Kong immigration authorities

Any fees imposed by the destination country, or extra costs such as courier services, photographs, attestations, etc., will be the responsibility of the applicant
