  • AED 3,000 non-refundable deposit required.
  • 75% balance due by 15 February 2026.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

2. Visa

  • Visa approval is at embassy discretion.
  • Visa fees & processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Visa rejection within 20 days of travel is fully non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

  • Guest-initiated cancellations are fully non-refundable.
  • No-shows receive no refund.
  • Non-refundable components (flights, tickets, etc.) will be deducted.

4. Travel Requirements

  • Passport must be valid for 6+ months.
  • Guests must follow all health & entry regulations.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party suppliers.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Force Majeure

  • No liability for events beyond control (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
